SHIPPING POLICY
If all items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the time you placed it. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items first and ship the pre-order items once back in stock. The estimated wait time for each pre-order item is stated on the product page. Shipments are not made on weekends and federal holidays.
USA: We ship orders to 48 contiguous states. We currently CANNOT ship to PO BOX, APO/FPO addresses. U.S. Protectorates/Territories, Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, and the Virgin Islands.
We offer Free Standard Shipping for all US orders $29.99+, a flat rate of $0 for all US orders less than $29.99. Orders with standard shipping typically arrive within 8-20 days depending on the shipping location and destination.
We offer Free Express Shipping for all US orders $100+, a flat rate of $20 for all US orders less than $99.99. Orders with standard shipping typically arrive within 5-7 days depending on the shipping location and destination.
International: We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders of $29.99+ that are shipping OUTSIDE the U.S. at a flat rate of $8 for all OUTSIDE the U.S orders less than $29.99.Orders with standard shipping typically arrive within 8-25 days depending on the shipping location and destination.
Return Policy
We offer returns on any unworn or defective garments for all US orders.Your satisfaction is FINETOO's top priority - whether it's the size, fit, color, or something else, if you're unsatisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns for 30 days after purchase.Please note that we will not provide shipping costs for returns and exchanges, this is the responsibility of the customer.To start a return, you can contact us at service@finetoo.com. We will reply you within 48 hours,If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

* we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
* Returns and exchanges are currently only accepted for U.S. orders.
* If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact service@finetoo.com and our customer service team will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items.
* Shipping fees are non-refundable.
CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
*Once orders arrive in their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Please note that FINETOO is not liable for customs clearance fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.
All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.
If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $50 return fee deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.

Purchasing items on sale
FINETOO does not offer price matching for items purchased prior to a sale.
Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned (unless faulty).
Please allow up to an extra 48-72 hours for your products to be shipped due to the influx of orders.
